The journey of motherhood is beautiful, sacred, exciting, and sometimes scary. Finding reliable resources that will help you heal your own body as well as the ones of your family can feel like an overwhelming task. That is exactly why I am here. You’ve probably even experienced
Stress and not feeling balanced since having your child(ren)
Health complications that led to an unexpected birthing experience
Chronic health issues and have been searching for natural ways to heal your body
How do I know? Because I’ve been there, mama.
After my third pregnancy ended with another cesarean section due to pregnancy-induced hypertension, I felt defeated. I was determined to look for possible answers.
What I found was my body was nutritional depleted and under excessive stress. Sugar cravings, eating processed food and exposure to toxic products coupled with stress at work and taking care of family all contributed to my health challenges.
To make matters worse, once I had my baby, I thought I was super mom and could do everything. This led to postpartum hypertension, heart palpitations, and difficulty losing weight. These later signs were my body telling me I needed time for proper healing and nourishment.
I knew I needed to make a change if I wanted to be the healthiest possible and present for my family. I started the journey to understanding the importance of real food nutrition and non-toxic living.
I was suddenly exposed to a whole new world of living and changed the path of not only my health, but my family’s health.
My goal is to help other mothers do the same.
I became a certified Nutritional Therapy Consultant and Restorative Wellness Practitioner to guide mothers through health challenges during preconception, pregnancy, after birth and beyond in motherhood. Many health challenges come from imbalances in the body. When the root causes of those imbalances are addressed, the body has the remarkable ability to heal.
A few fun facts about me:

My favorite trimester in pregnancy - none, let’s just say being pregnant wasn’t fun for me.

What I love most about motherhood is watching my little humans develop their own unique personalities
If you’re pregnant, a new mom, or have been a mom for years, I’m here to help you take the bold step to restore your health.
